The Story

BUILT ON PROPS.

PROPS started the way legends do — on the street, not in a boardroom. It takes its name from the man behind it — Props. Not a brand, a nickname his friends gave him. He didn't pick it. He earned it.

This is a community coin with one job: giving props. Recognizing real ones for real work — the hustle nobody posts about, the grind nobody claps for. No VC. No suits. No promises. Just a community that shows up for each other and gives credit where it's due.

The Founder

THE LEGEND BEHIND THE SHADES.

You've never seen his eyes. You never will. The shades stay on — in every photo, every fight night, every room he walks into. Some call it mystique. He calls it business: the eyes are the one thing the world doesn't get.

They call him Props. His friends gave him the name — he didn't pick it, he earned it. Investor. Builder. Front row on fight night, first one through the door when it counts. No boardrooms. No suits. Just his word — and legends don't pull out.

The Origin

THEY GAVE HIM THE NAME. HE DIDN'T PICK IT.

Known as Props since 18.

He was 18 years old. Five foot four, 120 pounds if he was lucky. He and his friends boxed at the skate park in Plymouth, Indiana all the time. Throw on the gloves, right there in the grass — whoever, whenever. He never skateboarded a day in his life. He just showed up to fight.

One day a guy came through who was 6'3", 220. Nobody would box him. He did. The big man knocked him through the air and he landed on his back. Took the gloves off.

When he got up, his boy Corey picked him up and said "What up, Props?" Everybody started calling him that. He never had a say in it.

Props became more than a nickname. It's a reminder to stand on what he says, carry people when it matters, and earn respect day after day. Respect can't be bought. His wasn't.

It's tattooed across his chest: My brother's keeper. Below it, arcing around a fighting Irishman — I will lay me down and bleed a while, then rise and fight again.

He started at the RV plant with the worst job in the building. Lowest guy on the totem pole. Nine months later he was running the line. Then he spent $24,000 he didn't have on three 12-hour days of real estate education — and built a company off it.

35 families the banks turned down own homes today because somebody finally said yes to them.

The name he was born with stays off the record.
Props is the name he earned.

The Standard

WHY PROPS?

He rode the GameStop coin up threefold — went to sleep, woke up just in time to break even. Lucky.

Then he built PROPS. Then he put money in another one. That time the big holders sold out all at once, everybody panicked, everybody bailed. He got left holding the bag. Those coins are still in his wallet. They aren't worth shit.

Not lucky twice. That's why PROPS is built the way it's built.

THE RULES

  • No whale wallets. No big holders waiting to dump on you.
  • No founder bag. The dev holds nothing special.
  • No insider deals. Nobody gets in early except everybody.
  • Mint locked. No more tokens can ever be printed.
  • Ownership renounced. Nobody holds the keys.

The pool is small. He seeded it with enough to get trading going — now the community deepens it. Every addition makes it more expensive for whales to play their games. Add liquidity, earn your share of the fees. Everybody hold tight.

Daily Series

LEGEND OF THE DAY.

Every day, the community picks one average person who did something legendary. A nurse who stayed late. A teacher who showed up. A single mom who held it down. A kid who stood up when it counted.

Real people. Real props. Nominated by the community, honored by the community — because legends aren't born in boardrooms. They're made on night shifts, in classrooms, and at kitchen tables.

Today's legend: the nurse who covered a double so a coworker could see their kid's game. Real recognize real.
